The whole process is five steps, and we handle most of them.
You write to us
Just the grade, student count and a rough date. The form below takes two minutes.
We send a proposal
Within two business days you get a program, a price per student and available dates. If something's off, we adjust it.
You confirm the date
We hold the booking without a deposit. You confirm the student count three days before the event — until then, change it freely.
You arrive
A coordinator meets you at the entrance, hands out cards and explains the rules. The cloakroom is right there, nobody hauls backpacks between floors.
You leave and we invoice
We send the invoice to the school after the event, with payment terms matching your usual practice.
What we've
got covered
An entertainment centre with two hundred machines and a hundred kids has its rules. Here are ours — so it's clear what you're signing up for before you fill in the inquiry.
- No alcohol for students. During school programs the bars are closed to the group and staff enforce it. Teachers are welcome to get a coffee.
- Game cards have a fixed limit. A student can't spend more than what's on the card. No topping up on the spot, no surprises for parents.
- Age limits on attractions. The rodeo bull and go-karts have a minimum height and age — the coordinator handles it on-site, nobody slips through.
- Supervision the whole time. One of our people per group, plus permanent staff on every floor. This obviously doesn't replace teacher supervision.
- Insurance and inspections. All equipment has valid inspections and the venue is insured. We'll send documentation if the school needs it on file.
- Cloakroom and valuables. A staffed cloakroom at the entrance, lockable lockers for phones and wallets.

Prices include VAT and apply to school groups from 15 students. We handle allergens and gluten-free or vegetarian options as standard — just report the numbers three days ahead.

ask us
The minimum is 15 students, there's no upper limit — we regularly host two to three classes at once. For groups over 60 students we split the program into blocks so nobody bunches up anywhere.
No. Teachers get free admission and program access, we usually plan for two per class. Coffee and lunch for teachers can be added on request at regular prices.
We invoice the school or its operator after the event, with 14-day payment terms — longer on request. We don't require a deposit. If you need a quote for management approval, we'll send it in whatever format works for you.
You confirm the exact number three business days before the event and we charge the actual headcount. Sick students aren't a problem. For a bigger jump upward (more than five extra students) please let us know so we can prep the food.
That's actually ideal — the house is quieter, staff have more time for you, and prices are lower than weekends. We open at 10am (Fri–Sun) and 11am (Mon–Thu), but for school groups we can open earlier too.
Yes, the staffed cloakroom is right by the entrance and it's free for school groups. Lockable lockers are available for phones and wallets.
