Five things people ask us the most.
Not for arcades and most attractions — just walk in, top up a card and play. We recommend booking for billiards, darts, bowling, minigolf and karaoke boxes, especially Friday and Saturday after 7pm. Restaurant tables can be booked by phone.
Yes, until 10pm kids are welcome everywhere except the bar zones. From 10pm entry is 18+. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. We run dedicated programs for schools and larger children's groups.
We accept cards and cash, as well as meal voucher cards for food. Games are paid for via a game card, which you can top up at the till or online — bigger top-ups come with bonus credit.
You can book a single floor, the Klimatron, a single activity by the hour, or the whole house. Capacity depends on the format, up to 500 people in the main hall. Use the form above and we'll put together an offer.
The cloakroom is by the main entrance, staffed during peak season. Lockable lockers are also available. We're not liable for valuables left unattended.
