You play for freeYou and your plus-one. Monthly credit for all games and a discount on events for friends.
Paid trainingBartending course, hygiene certification, equipment training — all on us and during work hours.

A crew worth sticking around forAverage age under thirty, people go out after a shift. We don't have to invent team building.

Hiring process

Four steps
and you'll know where you stand

No three rounds of interviews and an assessment centre. This is hospitality, not corporate.

01

Send your application

The form below or an email. A short CV is enough — we care what you can do, not your layout skills.

02

We reply within three days

To everyone, even if it's a no. We don't go silent on you — we know how annoying that is.

03

Come for a chat

Half an hour at our venue, we'll show you around and talk through how we both see it working.

04

Try one shift

Paid. You find out if you enjoy it, we find out if you fit. Then we shake on it.

Being honest

What you
won't find here

Better to say it now than have you find out after a month.

Peace and quietIt's loud, it flashes, and Friday night is packed. If you need quiet to work, this isn't it.
A 9-to-5 jobWe're open until midnight, 2am on weekends. Evening and weekend shifts are the norm here, not the exception.
Remote workApart from event coordinators, everything happens on-site. Nobody's invented a remote bar yet.
BoredomWe mean that literally. When you're somewhere things keep happening, time moves differently — and that's the best part of this job.

FAQ

Before you
apply

Yes, quite often. For reception, casual shifts, and even behind the bar we take people with no experience — we'll train you and your first shifts run alongside someone experienced. More important than experience is that you're not afraid of people and can keep up the pace.

You get the roster two weeks ahead. You submit your unavailable days in advance, so it works alongside school. You arrange a shift swap directly with a colleague and just notify the shift lead.

For roles in contact with guests, yes — conversational level. We're in the centre of Prague and half our guests are tourists. It's not required in the kitchen or technical roles.

Yes. Tips are split between service and bar staff by hours worked on shift, paid monthly with wages. We'll tell you the exact numbers at interview — they're public within the team.

Depends what it is. Some roles are explicitly on your feet, but reception, event coordination and some technical roles can work with limited mobility. Mention it directly in your application and we'll talk it through.

We will. Everyone within three business days, even if it's a no. If it doesn't arrive, check spam and then write to kariera@ixgroup.cz — it got lost somewhere.
